Directed by Lan Hongchun and starring Li Sitong, Wang Yantong, Wu Shaoqing and others, the film tells the story of Zheng Musheng, who travels to Nanyang to make a living and entrusts others to write letters and send money home to his wife Ye Shurou, sustaining the family from afar.
