影片报名须知
金爵奖主竞赛单元

2025年4月1日以后制作完成的影片，优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片，中国影片必须是世界首映；
2
未曾在其他国际电影制片人协会认证的非专门类竞赛型国际电影节参赛及参展（以市场及宣发为目的放映的影片除外，以官方会刊为准）；未曾在该片主要制片国以外的国家或地区公映；
3
片长不少于70分钟；
4
放映介质：DCP。
金爵奖亚洲新人单元
1
2025年4月1日以后制作完成的影片；
2
须为导演的第一或第二部剧情长片，且导演拥有亚洲国家国籍或为亚裔；
3
片长不少于70分钟；
4
放映介质：DCP。
金爵奖纪录片单元
1
2
未曾在其他国际电影制片人协会认证的非专门类竞赛型国际电影节参赛；

片长不少于70分钟；
4
放映介质：DCP。
金爵奖动画片单元

片长不少于60分钟；

放映介质：DCP。
金爵奖短片单元
1
2025年4月1日以后制作完成的真人短片和动画短片，其中纪录短片不可以申报真人短片项目，用动画手法拍摄的纪录片可以按动画短片申报；

优先选择世界首映和国际首映影片，中国影片必须是世界首映；

未曾在任何地方进行非院线公开放映或发行；
5
片长不超过40分钟，包括片头片尾在内；
6
放映介质：未加密DCP，或未加密24帧/48帧的数字高清格式，画幅比例需符合影院的放映标准。
国际影片展映单元
1
除专题影展以外，影片一般是在2025年1月1日以后制作完成；
2
片长不少于70分钟；
3
放映介质：DCP。

GOLDEN GOBLET AWARDS
Main Competition

Films that have been completed in the country of origin after April 1, 2025. World premieres or international premieres are preferred.

Films that have not been selected in other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before the SIFF; films that have not been released commercially other than in their country of origin.

Minimum Running Time: 70 minutes.

Screening Format: DCP.
Asian New Talent
1

Films that are Asian directors’ first or second feature films.

Documentary

Films that have been completed in the country of origin on or after April 1, 2025. World premieres or international premieres are preferred.

Films that have not been selected in the main competition category of other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before SIFF.

Animation

Films that have been completed in the country of origin after April 1, 2025. World premiere or international premiere is preferred.

Minimum Running Time: 60 minutes.

Short Film

Live-action or animated short films that have been completed after April 1, 2025, are eligible for submission. Note that documentary shorts cannot be submitted as live-action projects, while documentaries made using animation techniques may be submitted as animated shorts.

Preference will be given to world premieres and international premieres. Chinese films must be world premieres.

A running time of 40 minutes or less, including all credits.

Films that have not been in the competition category of other FIAPF-accredited non-specialized competitive film festivals before SIFF.

Films that must not be exhibited publicly or distributed anywhere in any nontheatrical form before SIFF.

Screening Formats: Unencrypted DCP, or unencrypted digital HD formats at 24 fps/48 fps, with aspect ratios that meet cinema screening standards.

Films that have been completed after January 1, 2025.
